Oh my goodness!!! Look at all those prams! And all those walkers. And the clothes. And the books. And the toys. Oh my goodness indeed!!

Bluegrass Mama

Puts our little church sale with 150 consignors to shame!

InterstellarLass

Wow! That's a ton-o-stuff! It's good to see 're-use and recycling' of usable things.

Anita

How'd you do today? I hope you sold lots of stuff.

By any chance did you happen to notice how the children's books are priced?

Marie

Melody,
Yes. See? You need to come to the states for one of these big sales!!

BGM,
150 is nothing to sneeze at! This thing is Mega. Mega mega!

Lass,
Exactly. I was so frustrated that I had so much awesome stuff left after my garage sale last month. This was the perfect solution for me! (After I skimmed off the Goodwill stuff, of course)

Anita,
It will be a while before I know how I did, I think. Tomorrow's the half-price sale. Then I go to pick up the stuff that's leftover, if any. I marked many of my items to be donated if they don't sell. At some point in the future I'll get a check!

At WeePeats, everything is tagged in increments of dollars, so the minimum item is $1. But for kids books, some were bundled together or grouped in zip-lock bags. I usually pay 25 or 50 cents for kids books at garage sales.

Barbara

That is some sale!

Elle

Just checking in too see if you made it through the WeePeats weekend. :)

Marie

Yep, I made it! I got some great computer games for my son, along with an AWESOME lined Lands End rain slicker, a pop-up play tent, a card game, some videos and sweatpants... all for about $20!

I was disappointed by all the maternity stuff I brought that didn't sell, even on half price day. The stuff is gorgeous and would have been a steal for someone... off to Craigslist with that!
