Want a sure-fire way to get insomnia? Think to yourself, "wow, it's been a really long time since I've had insomnia."
Yep. That's the ticket.
I had that exact thought yesterday.
And last night, there I was, wide wake from 2:30-4:30a.m.
The good news was that I found that quiet place to work I'd been longing for, earlier in the day. Right here in my own home, in the middle of the night. And yes, I did get up and work.
So today, I'm thinking there's nothing like a good night's sleep....

I'll probably get insomnia for saying this but I fall asleep IMMEDIATELY when my head hits the pillow. I WISH I could stay up a little later! nah, that probably won't work. :)

I hear ya. I usually conk out fast too, but 2 nights ago was WIDE AWAKE in the middle of the night. Dang. The brain needs an on/off switch.
