Tour of the PractiGal Gallery

Think you don't have time to visit an art gallery at this busy time of year? Sit back and relax, while you tour my very own gallery, from the comfort of your computer. Today I'll show you a few of our current exhibits. Click photos to enlarge for full viewing pleasure on our tour.

First, we have the YoMamaWasn'tInCharge exhibit. This is a popular exhibit with our young inhabitant. Not as popular with the gallery's director, who repositions this display's content daily.

Next, we have Horse With Noodle. Invented by the director's husband, this is also very popular with the young inhabitant. What you see here is the versatile pool noodle, serving in a decorative as well as functional role on the rocking horse. No gallery is complete without one!

Finally, to complete today's tour, I bring you one last exhibit on our virtual tour. I present you with Cardboard on Porcelain. The gallery's director is always gathering up small cardboard tubes for recycling, and the young inhabitant is always positioning them "just so" at the base of the commode. Since this may very well be his first sculpture, the director has captured it and shares this piece of art here in our gallery.

The noodle seems to overpower the horse, Marie, but I am quite overwhelmed at the inheirant artistry involved with the toilet exhibit. Your son has the obvious makings of a reality artist.

The porcelain sculpture is hilarious. I have had to hide those paper sculpture pieces for each of my boys at different times. They both liked using them like megaphones...not such a big deal except when I found they were being liberated from the bathroom trash can.
