You know I was shocked when they told me what I am, becasue I can go totally braless. The problem is my rib cage is so wide... that must give me a lot of my size.

But the band-aids, what a riot!!!

I'm not buying anymore $40 bras. I'm done with that.

So, the phrase "bee stings" for little boobies--kind of applies when a bandaid is a bra. Oh man, I am sorry, I am laughing.

I once went a year without a bra--after Mardi Gras (and I only flashed 1 person), but it became too distracting when male friends would hug just a little too long. Now I'm a sports bra gal.

Anita

Oh, sometimes I'm so jealous of you girls who can go bra-less. There's no chance of that for me . . .I can still wear a couple of things that way i.e. halter top dresses which kinda act like a bra substitute.

Bandaids definitely wouldn't cut it unless you like the look of boobs hanging down somewhere close to the bellybutton. Ugh. Getting old is tough. Gravity is taking its toll.

Utenzi

Michele sent me over to witness your... bandaids, if you will. Nice to visit, Marie.

As a coincidence, my girlfriend went to one of those pricey stores for a custom fitting with a few friends from work during their lunchhour on Friday. Three of them ended up buying better fitting bras, including my girlfriend who bought two new ones. It does make a difference in looks though she doesn't find that it feels that different to her.

I read a long time ago that the more you wear a bra the less likely they will sag in old age. I read more recently that the more you wear a bra, the more likely you are to get breast cancer. I know my choice.

Marie

Bou,
Yeah, my rib cage expanded with my pregnancy too... sadly, that didn't do anything for my cup size!

R2Ks,
Nothing to be sorry for! ;-) It is funny! Hey man, if we can't laugh at ourselves, how sad would that be?!

Anita,
There are times I think it would be nice to have something more to showcase, but alas... that's not what mother nature intended for me. For the most part it's just fine by me.

Utenzi,
Nice of me to have such a lovely post up for visiting, huh?

Barbara,
Yes, I've heard that about underwires -- those are bad bad bad for small-topped women. Ouch!

Shish

I would love, LOVE to be able to do this, but that's never going to happen for me. LOL.

Melody

*grin* How amausing. Pity, I would not be able to do this... and as Shish mentioned, it's never going to happen for me!!

Holly

Wow... I had never heard of the increased risk of cancer from underwire bras! I wear underwires, and I'm not especially *large* chested... although I couldn't get away with no bra. Thanks for this though, I am going to switch to elastic bras instead of underwire.

Ok, after children and putting on 20 pounds I am now 38DD. Braless? Not happening. They sag so low I'm worried they are going to hit my knees one day. I know it takes a toll on my back and shoulders... well that and carrying 2 children that weigh 30 and 43 pounds respectively. I'm hoping when I take those 20 pounds off, it comes off those boobs. ;-)
