Too Early
As I sat down for a few quiet, early-morning moments of blogging, I was struck by the profound question: when is it too early?
It's now 7:13am, and my family is still asleep. The airshow flights begin around 10:15am, and everyone will be wide awake by then. The Thunderbirds will be scraping our rooftops for real today - we'll be able to watch the show up-close from our back yard. So, I thought I'd enjoy a few moments of quiet before the activity begins.
As soon as I sat down at my computer, I heard a buzzing sound - it's my neighbor, with her electric hedge-trimmers. Did I mention that it's shortly after 7am? I guess I'm more of a 9am sort of gal, when it comes to making noise outside.
When is early too early for you?

LOL...it's ALWAYS too early for me. :)

I'm with you, more of at least a 9 am person. I have been known to "suggest" this (or something to that effect) out the window around 6 am on a Saturday morning as a neighbor revved up a very loud car engine he was working on. Of course, that was years ago when I had much less patience *ahem*. :)
Have a wonderful weekend! Here via Michele.

I'm up at 5am not matter when I go to sleep. I guess I'm hard wired for it. I'm here from Michele and Hi.

We have rules. No kids go next door to ask others to play before 10:00. On Saturdays, yard work does not start until 8 or 9.

Early has become a state of mind for us. With LB, I could be up at 4am or 10am. Pretty much it's any time I was woken up, or I'm up before she is.
